Please familiarise yourself with our booking T&Cs before making an appointment. To allow ample opportunity to reallocate your appointment time to someone else, we require a minimum of 3 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

Non-attendance of appointments with no prior communication and appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of your booking will incur the full booking fee. Where possible, please give advanced notice if you are unable to attend your appointment so that we can reallocate the appointment time.

Latest notice of cancellation/rescheduling of your booking to avoid the fee:

          Monday appointments > Provide notice by the Wednesday prior

          Tuesday appointments > Provide notice by the Thursday prior

          Wednesday appointments > Provide notice by the Friday prior

          Thursday appointments > Provide notice by the Monday prior

          Friday appointments > Provide notice by the Tuesday prior
