Please familiarise yourself with our booking T&Cs before making an appointment. To allow ample opportunity to reallocate your appointment time to someone else and protect the time of your practitioner, we require a minimum of 3 business days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking fee will be charged. Non-attendance of appointments with no prior communication will incur the full booking fee. Where possible, please give advanced notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
